FEATURES:
OVEN: 48” internal cooking surface, custom built low dome oven, oven has cooked over 6,000 pies over 2017 and 2018. Oven is constructed of 100% fire brick, 4-6 inches of thermal blanket over cooking chamber, covered with stucco and it keeps the temperature extremely well (will stay hot for days).
Trailer: The trailer is constructed with (2) 3500lb axles, has very good 10 ply tires (95% rubber). It has bearing buddies on all hubs and they have been greased on a regular basis.
Added Features: Sink, fresh water tank, grey water tank and water pump (they need to be re-plumbed) Rubber floor in front storage area, Oak work bench for pizza making, and work lights for low-lit occasions. The trailer also has plenty of room for wood storage under oven and a counter that runs the length of the trailer.
Attention: I built a good solid catering business with this rig. It payed for my new rig and got us started on our feet. I used it at family reunions, rehearsal dinners, proms, weddings, festivals, go-cart races, citywide events and many other gatherings.
