I contacted your company via phone and email approximately a year ago and both times you failed to give me a shipping quote. Are you know seriously interested in selling ovens?

That is unusual that you did not receive a reply from us and I apologize for this. We have experienced serious supply chain issues from the factory in Italy which we are now beginning to overcome. What is the electric requirements for the oven in a home setting? Does it come with correct cable and plug or does electrician need to rewire?

A) You will need a 220 -240 Volt  13 amp electricity supply, a step-up transformer will not be sufficient to run the oven at its optimum capacity.
B] All the ovens have been rewired with the correct US cable and plug.
C) Shipping is by Skid/Pallet to ensure that the oven arrives undamaged, once we receive your inquiry and zip code we can give you an accurate shipping quote.

Is it a Nema 6-15P or a 6-20P plug ?

Correction! There is no plug on the current stock, the cable is pigtailed so there is the option of it being hard-wired as well as fitting a plug. Our next batch of ovens to the US will have 4FT 20A 250V NEMA 6-20 plug installed but they are not due in the US until May/June
