I contacted your company via phone and email approximately a year ago and both times you failed to give me a shipping quote. Are you know seriously interested in selling ovens?

That is unusual that you did not receive a reply from us and I apologize for this. We have experienced serious supply chain issues from the factory in Italy which we are now beginning to overcome. If you would like a shipping quote please complete your details in the form on our website and I will ensure a reply is submitted ASAP.

Okay I'll try one more time.

What is the electric requirements for the oven in a home setting? Does it come with correct cable and plug or does electrician need to rewire?

A) You will need a 220 -240 Volt  13 amp electricity supply, a step-up transformer will not be sufficient to run the oven at its optimum capacity.
B] All the ovens have been rewired with the correct US cable and plug.
C) Shipping is by Skid/Pallet to ensure that the oven arrives undamaged, once we receive your inquiry and zip code we can give you an accurate shipping quote.

Is it a Nema 6-15P or a 6-20P plug ?

Correction! There is no plug on the current stock, the cable is pigtailed so there is the option of it being hard-wired as well as fitting a plug. Our next batch of ovens to the US will have 4FT 20A 250V NEMA 6-20 plug installed but they are not due in the US until May/June
