Just a heads up for my friends in the Philadelphia/Trenton area. If you aren't too far from Chalfont, PA in Bucks county, Bova Foods is an awesome distributor that sells the Caputo Pizzeria flour in 55 lbs bags for $40. They also sell a small bag repack. They sell lots of other italian foods and supplies. They sell to the public, just pop in and head into the retail store. Took me ages to find this place so I thought I would share.
