Brick Cheese and 00 Flour Sources in Austin, TX

I'll be heading to Austin in a couple of weeks and wondering if anyone knows of a place that carries brick cheese? Also, if there's any places that currently stock Caputo Pizzeria flour (without needing any type of wholesale or business membership)?

Thanks. Surprisingly I was able to find it locally here in southwest Louisiana for a time but they've stopped carrying it. Maybe I was the only one buying it. I seem to remember someone mentioning on the forum here it was available somewhere in Austin, but I can't remember where.

Central Market will probably have brick cheese and probably the 1kg bags of Caputo Chef. They carry both here in Houston. Maybe bulk Caputo there too. Whole foods might have bulk Caputo in Austin. They don't in Houston that I've seen though.

Apparently so. Although looking at Google maps it seems like it's mainly a distribution center in the middle of a large industrial complex. When I told them I'd try to stop by next week, the guy replied "sounds good" so I'm guessing they do cash and carry.
