We will be hosting our first fall pizza cooking class September 27th 2014 from 9:30am to 1pm.

Join us to learn how to make dough from scratch, prepare and select toppings and cook pizza in a wood fired brick oven at 900 F.

Wish I was in Dallas, I would attend. Any thoughts on video taping? Could sell copies to those of us who can not make it.

I would be happy to do that, HOWEVER, you probably would be best served by a pro, or at least someone experienced at such endeavors. Sounds fun tho, never been to Dallas, outside of the airport.

Did the students bake their own dough?  If so how long was the ferment? Perhaps they took theirs home and baked yours?

Correct, the dough they made by hand, they took home. The dough we used during the class was made 24 hours before, balled that morning.
