Par Bakes - best way to preserve?

Hello - I’m working on some sheet pan pizzas that we are par baking and then making to order. We are still learning a lot in the process but curious on some best practices on how to store them post-par bake (we are currently using 0-2 day old par bakes).  Right now we are wrapping in plastic and storing in fridge. Other ideas/tips? Thanks!

Not a professional but I routinely freeze and reheat focaccia with excellent results. What shops do you own?
