Ha Ha that is pretty funny mate.
You manage to pretend you're a doddery old duffer.
But then you are stretching that damned impressive dough without even looking at it.
Ain't no doddery in that.
You need to implement a hot weather closing policy..........

What's that bit about Walmart at the end?

Don't know your tastes in music, but here is a hot night I wish I'd been there for:

Thanks for the video.  I listened to Aqalung(SP?) and Thick as Brick to death as a teen.  The walmart comment is we don't want to be one of those old people working there, in pain, for no money, cause they can't pay their bills  :-D  Our A/C does little to cool once it is over 80 outside.  I grew up working in places with no A/C but I wasn't 65 then.  How did you get that video on here?  Mine will only do the link from Youtube.

Yeah, in my younger days.............   Hitting 102 today.  I heard from my Austin friends it is hot as hell in TX.  At least we don't have humidity here.  It is down around  13% right now.  Have you tried the pan yet?

I haven't. My job has been crazy busy, and my only pizza has been for my bourbon drinking buddies where I have to feed 15-20 folks, so I can only do NP. Will soon though. It's sitting next to me here on my desk as I type...

OH Yeah, definitely up there. Saw them do it live twice. They sure shook that old Thebarton theatre up.

I grew up working in places with no A/C but I wasn't 65 then.
I used to have a little furnace room to myself at work for doing the precious metals assays. The old fashioned sprinkler systems with the little bulb that melts and sets the sprinklers going went off one day. Soaked my crucibles.
I didn't think much of it then, but I'd about die in that sort of heat now I'm old.

Here was the temp in our dining area.  That is a walk-in cooler cold compared to near the ovens.

Being in Houston, I'd love Austin humidity.

Being in Houston, I'd love Austin humidity.

I lived in Austin for 10 years in the early 80's with my band.  We played Houston and Galveston often.  I was a big runner then and ran 5-7 miles a day in Austin but struggled with 2-3 in Houston and Galveston in the summer.  I worked at Upper Crust Bakery in Austin and there was no a/c in the kitchen.  I would die there today :-D
