Hi Everyone,

I'm looking for the fasted method of getting my frozen dough balls out of the freezer and ready for the toppings. I get my dough balls from Restaurant Depot already frozen.

Presently, I have been transferring the frozen dough from the freezer and placing it in the fridge for 24 hours. About 3 hours before baking, I remove it from the fridge and place it in a plastic container lightly oiled.

Is there a way to eliminate the slow process of thawing it in the fridge before taking it out to warm up to room temperature?

Truly,
Emad

In a plastic bag suspended in a vat of room temperature water.

I just did this, which worked well

80F water for 15min.  RT for 1-2hrs.  You can place the trays/sheets on top of an oven and turn it on to get them to thaw quicker
