Thanks!  We have slowed down so much in the last year our numbers don't reflect the potential.  The broker said he wouldn't list it for any higher but now says he gets what I was saying about the magic of the shop.  He said we may end up with a bidding war.  There were over 30 inquires yesterday and he said half seem legit. We wish we could go on longer but our model of total hands on is too much and neither Judy nor I are wired to do it any other way. Teaching school and doing music prior to the pizzeria left us in debt as neither paid much $.  The pizzeria changed our life to debt free and now getting a bonus with the sale. We are on Medicare and the bodies are letting us know that it is time to let it go

Walter it might be too early to ask this... but after the sale are you going to "return" to pizzamaking.com and share your experiences with pizza making and other baking in your home oven?   Or is loosing the Blodgetts too much to continue?

Thanks!  Yes, we are staying here.  Judy and I have been together 42 years and have lived in 3 countries, 5 states.   Our roots are pretty much nonexistent from moving so much. The pizzeria has brought us into the community here and that feels so good.  Plus, the weather is so nice(no humidity or mosquitos ) , and the beauty of the high desert and Sierras is something that will awe me till my dying day.
