DS test in a takeout container
« on: October 11, 2022, 08:00:16 PM »
I wanted to test out a Detroit style pizza in a take out round container.

I was thining that, well I have hundreds and if I was going to friends for a get together like a party, game, etc... I could bring without needing a lot of pans.

Also, 6 of these can fit on a std. oven rack.

I only tried it with the rise and topped it and right into the oven.  I want to try  the following
1.  Partial rise and into freeser - Pull 1 - 3 hour as needed for rise then top and into freezer.
2.  Full rise into the freeser. - Pull out, top right into oven
3.  Fully cooked and into the freezer. - Pull out and right into oven

My first test I thought it came out great, fully cooked and nice crisp.  Tasted just like it came out the Lloyds pan.

This one is Garlic oil, pre cooked and sliced potato, cheddar, bacon.
