Good afternoon Mark. I did go to SUMERIS pizza parlor yesterday at mid-afternoon to have a pizza for my dinner. I met Sumeri & he is a fine young gentleman. He made a large thin-crust pizza Margerita (SP), about 10/11 inches in diameter  & about.090 thick with roasted red peppers as well. Hand tossed & baked in a wood fire-place. The parlor is extremely clean & the pizza was excellent. I then thanked Sumerei for the delicious pizza & service & left. If you are in Las Vegas for a visit I would go & enjoy meeting him & enjoy one of his pizza delights. Good luck & have a nice day Mark.

Hi dinks,

I'm glad you had time to get over to his new pizza joint.  Sounds like you had a good meal.
I would love to know somebody in the business that lived within 15 mins of where I live, - I'd be popping in
all the time to learn.

Thanks for posting your thoughts and experience on the place, and I'm sorry to hear about your loss,
losing a loved one is must be a hard thing, my parents are getting up there in years, and I know it's only
a matter of time until I lose one of them.

Mark
