I wish you the best of luck in your new business!! ;D

I have wanted to open the same type of place locally but there exists 12 local pizza places in my town, which I guess also says that it is a great place to sell pizza and the like.
Also my wife has warned me that if she would kill me if I run a business again after a decade of 18 hour days with my landscape company.
As much fun as it is I have never been happier than when I let it go , I get more time with the family.
But alas I am still working on her as to have a resturaunt.

Best Wishes, got any recipes you would like to share, chances are we are not in your area and would never be infringing on your business with our home pizzas. But I can unterstand the need to keep them secret also.
