Pizza oven and dough sheeter advice!

Hi, I would like some advice on what brand of conveyer oven I should get.  What do you personally believe is the best?  It can't be too pricey, but has to be able to put out alot.  I have done a lot of research on different brands but I still am lost.

I would also like peoples opinions on dough sheeter brand/types.  Any advice and help is appreciated!! Thanks

Have you had the chance to read though the PMQ thinktank threads? Alot of info there from pizza ovens to just about every subject in the pizza business.

I agree with chiguy. Since the PMQ Think Tank changed its forum software a while back you should also check out the archives by using the search tool at http://www.pmq.com/cgi-bin/tt/index.cgi?noframes;search.

If you are anywhere Columbus Ohio I would suggest you visit the NAPICS show at the end of Feb.

There are reps from several different oven and equipment manufacturers with displays. You get to examine the equipment up close and personal, and you get to hear the pluses and minuses of the equipment from the reps. Well, maybe just the pluses, you know how sales reps can be a little biased.

Well Ohio would be too far for me, but I am thinking about going to the Vegas expo, thanks for your suggestions.
