What will the pizzeria dumpster reveal today?

it is an ever going surprise what one will find in it.  Today when I took out some garbage I found a couple of motor cycle frames and various wheels/parts.  People think dumpsters are free garbage drops.  I would love to catch one of these people in the act.  My Newark NJ upbringing would impart some wisdom on the "innocent" dumper  :-D.  Walter

I have no idea.    They were big and heavy  and took up 1/2 the dumpster.  Walter

Too heavy and funky garbage mixed in for me.  If some went dumpster diving to see what ingredients we use they might be surprised by what the find...........  :-D

PizzaGarage

I used to manage a Pizzeria that had a highly sought after dough recpie.  There was a major corporate pizza place ( won't say the name ) that I caught numerious times in the dumpster late at night, other pizza places hit the dumpster too.  We made sure to strip labels off cans and the secret ingredient labels went home with the owner and discarded somewhere.  Too funny...

I know about this stuff.  I guess ones recipe is never safe  :-D
