Wave Runner,

I would go over to the PMQ Think Tank and start reading the posts there, at http://thinktank.pmq.com/viewforum.php?f=6. The posts are by professionals in the pizza business who have been around the track. Reading their posts will give you a pretty good idea of whether the pizza business is really what you are looking for and what the pitfalls and challenges are. And the rewards also.

Questions like yours are posted from time to time at the PMQ Think Tank, so you may want to post your question there also. Here is an example from a poster who was looking to get into the pizza business: http://thinktank.pmq.com/viewtopic.php?t=1447&highlight=texas. The PMQTT also has archives that can be searched from http://www.pmq.com/cgi-bin/tt/index.cgi?noframes;search. The active forum messages can also be searched, but I would use the search icon rather than the search box at the top of the page.

Good luck.

Peter
