Tall pizza boxes?

Does anyone know where to get extra tall pizza boxes? We have a Restaurant Depot around here that we have been buying boxes from (~20-25 cents per for 10" square cardboard boxes), but unfortunately they're only the standard 2" in height. We do a detroit style, and we've had to thin out the crust just a bit because stuff sticking to the top of the box was such an issue, and it still sometimes happens, even if we use a box table/saver. Id ideally like to go back to the height we were doing before, but I just cant seem to find anywhere that has taller than normal boxes (3" would be ideal, but even 2.5" might work). Ive requested quotes from some custom pizza box places, and they all want to do printing and charge 2-3$ a box (even if we ask for no printing, its still a couple bucks a box), which is so far outside the budget for a box we cant even consider it, we need the price under 50 cents per, and even that would be a stretch. Does anyone know where Detroit style shops are sourcing boxes from and are they really paying over a dollar a box?

contact Saladino's.  I got most everything we needed for our pizzeria, except produce, including imported Italian hard cheeses. They sell produce too, but it is not that good. When they deliver, they put everything inside your shop where it is supposed to go, including rotating the stock.

I don't see why 2" isn't enough unless your talking clay boxes rather than corrugated.  Pizza tables, maybe?

I have seen deep dish pizza boxes in RD in Houston, Talk to person in charge there, he/she should be able to order for you.
