Pizza Tonno- white albacore tuna, olives, capers, sundried tomatoes, red onion, garlic, basil, olive oil, red pepper flakes.
Bestia – NY pizza sauce, WMLM and fresh mozz, fontina cheeese and olive oil post-bake.
Craig – bring rum to a slight boil with craisins or cranberries, then cool and chill. Mozz, fresh jalapeno, spicy sausage (walnuts), basil, Mike's hot honey and basil post-bake
