The best canned product I’ve had is San Benito.  Perfecto and Pear Tomato Strips.  Low acity, super bright, sweet, fresh tasting and no calcium after taste.  Perfecto can be used as is - very chunky or can be immersion blended, same with their Pear Tomato Strips.  Next up is 74:40 by Stanislaus, these blend down smooth with excellent fresh flavor with slight calcium after taste.
