My brother took a class at Pizzeria Uno Chicago location, the original, about 30-35yrs ago. As parting gifts he received a seasoned deep dish pan and a print out of the original recipe, it was spot on. As of a couple of years ago, he still went to Unos to buy seasoned/used pans as his family grew. It will take at several days but I will dig out the recipe, I’m certain one of us still has an abused copy of it.
