Yes, it was directed at you. I thought i quoted you? Anyway, that "roll" might be the technique. I always just press, flip then press.
EDIT: i did quote you but apparently you can't quote attachments. Must be the forums speak and spell server needs a update via dial up.

The one i have maxes out at 8 PSI. But yes commercial units are 15 PSI and cost 3x +  more then my countertop unit.

I can't speak for the chicken bucket, but my unit and commercial units have safety valves incase the jiggler fails to release the correct amount of pressure.

Yeah, the chicken bucket does too.
There are many kinds of pizza, and *Most of them can be really good.
