Sirloin tip roast. High temperature crusted, then slow-cooked to a perfect medium-rare. Getting down to the nitty-gritty on the frozen baguettes.

Egg sandwich or plum jelly toast? Not sure if I will meld them for a touch of nostalgia. I can taste it already, mmm. no. My brother would mix grape jelly with his plate of eggs to make them "green eggs"..

Would imperial Crab muffin Puffs count? I proofed the puff pastry dough, shaped it into flowers and stuffed and baked them?

No onions???

I was trying to decide on what topping/condiments to add. However, I was at work, had a hectic morning, and just went with my stand-by plain with mustard. I do love calf's liver with sauteed onions. Next liverwurst sandwich get's onion. Red, raw ones I think?

Big Mike's Tavern on Home Improvement had the "Stinky": Limburger cheese, sauerkraut, big slice of Bermuda onion, and some hot mustard.

Speaking of stinky cheese, anyone know where to get a alternative Tiger cheese. I was sad to find out its no longer produced. It was my go to cheese N Mustard. :'(

And don't say Gruyere. Its too hard. This was a soft creamy cheese, Similar to processed cheddar or american.

I ordered liver and onions on our (now wife and me) first date. She has told me many times that we nearly never saw each other again.  :-D  Outside of that little faux pas in 1979, things have worked out for the best. We have been happily married since 1983.

Could probably make a reasonable if not better clone by going with a good looking homemade processed cheese recipe and use a good gruyere as the lead cheese! Costco carries one of my favorites!

Good point. I could go the modernist cusine route and make my own processed Gruyere just like Tiger. Thanks Jon. :chef:

Any idea's of adding another "stinky cheese" to the mix while im at it?
