Cheese loading amounts

I made some 14x10 pies today. Really my first start to finish going for a legit Detriot. It was a good attempt.

I've never had any other examples to compare.

I used 400g of cheese for a 14x10. To me it seemed like too much going on and not enough when it was done.

What are typical amounts for this style?
