This past December, and also today, Pizza Today featured two articles on the Detroit style of pizza. For those who are interested, here are the links to the articles:

I find that many of the recipes on pizzamaking to be superior to what they publish on Pizza Today. The tecniques presented are often lacking compared to what the collective minds here have thought up.

Pizza Today is mostly aimed at vendors that could just as well be running carwashes or laundromats.

Their recipe is 58% hydration? That's super low!

Yeah... In my opinion years ago Pizza Today was a good source to see what was going on and it was a good asset to check out.  HOWEVER, times change fast and thanks to Youtube and Pizzamaking there really are no secrets anymore if anyone cares to take the time to learn.  Pizza Today is just another former magazine producer that died and couldn't keep up.  Want to know what was going on 5 years ago? That's what Pizza Today is pushing today amidst 90% advertising.  Ya can't even find anything of current value in there anymore.  Just my thoughts.
