Mile Zero Kitchen- Detroit
I am sure many of you follow him on YouTube, but I decided to make his Detroit Style. The pizza turned out good, but I still could have used more crisp on the bottom. Even with a 10 minute parbake at 525 and a topped bake at 475 for 15 my middle still needed some more time. I am wondering if I should have purchased the small 8 x 10 as it probably is easier to get a good bottom as opposed to a 10 x 14.
