Haven't posted anything in a while. Here two of the pies from last Sunday's bake---and , yes, it was hot, very hot here in Texas.

I revolve against time, and burn the fire on the left side in my temple of dough purification

As I said, I do like the unpretentious statement on Crawsdaddy's WFO.
(I would hesitate to adorn my build with the title of "Temple")
In English it is so tricky to get the hidden meanings of sentences for non native-speakers.
If I say: "I like" I do mean: "I like" ;D

And at the same time I see "each WFO" that is build with passion (Or attended to with passion) As a Temple!

I did enjoy working, baking and worshipping my WFO in Greece for the month of July.
Now it's back to my Job and live here in Amsterdam and I do miss Corfu her wealth of nature the Oven, the element of fire to attend to.

That what happens when I tried a whole bunch of new toppings. Didnt open pickled onions until i was in middle of topping, and was also surprised by the size but I just added what was there. Whole pizza turned out looking bad but the favor combination was great. Note to self: check out toppings prior beginning.
