Another great use for Willard's creation is canning salsa. That monster burner can heat up 2.5 gallons of water really quick. Made short processing work of 28 pints of salsa. Vastly superior to using my stove and with the GG on the back porch keeps all that heat out of your house.

That will take care of a lot of tacos  ;D.

I won the Chef's choice at a recent BBQ cookoff with a burnt ends pizza baked on the GG. All the BBQ guys were scratching their heads (and cussing) about how a pizza won the big prize!
