Always learning... sometimes one should also read the manual, RTFM :-)! I used the BUP for years with with the small dough adapter because i thought its supposed to be like that. So for me it was quite normal that the dough was basically tearing around the center shaft. It is funny for me because my dough always came out good so i never thought about changing anything. I always made a batch with 1 kg of flour, the small dough adapter, kneading to my desired dough texture, bench rest and so on
. When a made sourdough bread, i also used the small dough adapter because, well RTFM
. I just wanted to share this story because i thought its funny lol!
