First of all, I would like to say that your site is very good and everytime  want something new or help I come here. I do pizzas myself, at home. I can't find a pizza stone. I would like to ask if can use a piece of granite to do the pizzas. If you know somebody who tried this and hava a opinion, please tell me. Also I would like to know if the granite is dangerous for health.
Thanks a lot

Why can't you find a pizza stone?  Where are you?

I'm no expert, but I can tell you that granite will not behave like a pizza stone.

If you can't find a pizza stone, but you can find granite... can you find unglazed quarry tile? If you don't know what an unglazed quarry tile is, do a search.
