emergency dough 'how-to' thread, recipes and methods
« on: February 28, 2011, 06:50:11 AM »
there seems to be a lot of newer members asking about emergency doughs, that may lack the ability to have mixers or food processors at this point.

i had the (possibly not so) brilliant idea of coming up with a thread, with procedures techniques and recipes for 'novice' dough makers.

feel free to contribute, i will add some stuff later of my own.

Pete is the Chuck Norris of dough.

Tom Lehman has a shrine to Pete in his kitchen.

Thanks, Ron.

A big difference between Tom and me is that he gets paid for what he does  :-D.

I believe what c0mpl3x may have in mind is helping new members make emergency doughs without using a mixer or food processor, or maybe even a bread machine. That would leave hand kneading. And possibly new emergency doughs that are not on the list I created. That list is intended for everyone, not just newbies.

Peter
