dough issues (suddenly tearing up in sheeter)

We use a sheeter on our pizza line and all of a sudden the dough is fallilng apart coming through the first past.  Just tearing up.  What would make the dough act like this?  We have been using the same recipe for 6 weeks and this issue just popped up in the last week. Any suggestions?

the probelm may be the flour ur buying. throw out your sheeter. they are a waste of money. hire someone that is quick with their hands. they then can just throw the dough out. this will get rid of ur problem. my store has a sheeter but i don't use it, i am faster and make it just as good.
