No problem at all. My typical dough ball is 570g for a 16" pie. There's always plenty of room in that size container, even when room temp proofing for several hours.
I have searched high and low for a similar container here in the UK with no luck.
I will look at buying a load from the US and shipping them over if the price isn't OTT.
Can you remember how much you paid for them Steve? I have been on the rubbermaid website but can't see any prices.
