Took a little trip to Phoenix this weekend ( 75 freaking degrees on Saturday)  which was unexpected but NICE.  Went out on Friday night for some pizza... had to go to Bianco's... first time by the way so I was really excited.  We ate a late light breakfast and did not have lunch so that we could get  there early.

Everyone stated that it would be 2 to 3 hour wait on Friday nights.

To my surprise  we walked right in and sat down and were enjoying our pies in less than 20 minutes... the pizza gods were smiling on us :)

The pizza was very good... some of the best that I have ever had (top five for sure).

Two very small niggles... the crumb seemed a little dry (sorry I don't have a crumb shot... to busy eating >:D) to me... I like a little more chew.  I also didn't get to see Chris at the helm.   Oh well.  It was a very fun night .  The second pie we split up... the right side is the bianco verde.  That was my favorite.  The arugula and ricotta was sublime... next time I go I'm getting a full one of that for myself.
