These two pies are my second submission for “Not Round”. These are fried pizzas that the dough was fried first, then dressed and finished in the oven. The dressings for these fried pizzas were Les’ sweet sauce, two blends of mozzarella, a little white cheddar, Capicolla, sausage, homemade ricotta, and lastly sprinkled with thyme and stick oregano from Larry.
