With regard to the 2 different Acunto ovens from Naples, Roberto Caporuscio of Keste in NYC strongly recommends the Gianni Acunto oven. and not the Mario Acunto oven.
He told me that he has installed the Gianni Acunto oven at Don Antonio that will be opening in the next 2 weeks on 50th street. His partner there will be the well-known, Antonio Starita of Naples.
