As Ive gone thru many dough recipes..... especially the flour,, I realize I can be off on my measurements from one pizza to the next. .... using measuring cups etc. Would you guys agree that a digital scale is the way to go ?  I just found one that reads in " Cups" and Tablespoons" etc.  thoughts ?

Yes, for sure, measure by weight not volume. For the smaller quantities we tend to use at home, IMO, a digital scale weighing to 0.1g accuracy is the way to go. Run as fast as you can from a digital scale the measures in cups and tablespoons.
