Beddia pizza camp book

First off I live the book but there is some confusion for me. On page 65 (white sauce section) there is a recipe for and English pea purée.  Yet I can’t find a pizza recipe in the pizza chapter that uses that sauce.  Am I losing my mind or is this correct? 

For the record I have loved everything I’ve made from this book. However the Italian sausage salt ratio is too high.
