Looking for my preferred pie
« on: July 22, 2019, 05:49:11 AM »
Dear All,

I would like to go about finding an recipe that fits my taste.

I am looking for an hybrid neapolitan/NY pizza, to phrase it in styles.

In words, i would like an very airy but crackly and high crust and with some stability towards the middle of the pie and the " middle " of the pie a bit loose as an NY style pizza.

Does anyone have an recipe, like our dear old Craig's neapolitan description available? One that would get me going and how to get there.

Try it as written, you'll answer your own questions.
