If I lived closer to a Costco, I wouldn't use anything else. The mozz I have available locally is the weak link in my pizza chain.

working in Amsterdam  at the moment,really frustrating to see the 9.98 dollar Garofalo
I buy at home for as little as E 1.99 in supermarkets here..That was a special offer
but 2.99 is really common....

Over the past year, the packaging at Costco was changed from a round plastic container to these individually wrapped bags in the bigger bag.  I don't buy them often, but when I do, they are always delicious!

Interestingly, my local Restaurant Depot still carries Garofalo in the old packaging. I prefer the new ones from Costco. Also, occasionally RD will carry other brands, one time I saw from three different buffalo mozz. producers although I has not happened in a while. If you have a local RD, it might be worthwhile to give it a try.

i found out a local distributor sells Spinosa buffalo mozzarella, has anyone tried it?
