Restaurant Depot's "Supremo Italiano" mozzarella

Just got a 6lb block of above mentioned low-moisture, part-skim mozza and was wondering if someone can give me more info on it since my search on here didn't turn up much except for Scott R mentioning it but unfortunately without much detail.

Most references were to their DOP tomatoes and flour.

Any info is appreciated.

I tired finding this at mine but they didn't have any. I've used their shredded cheese's and they were pretty good. Looks like your review will be the first.

Have you considered using a WHOLE milk mozzarella cheese instead of a part-skim mozzarella cheese. It makes a world of difference.
