Bell'Orto Crushed Tomatoes in Puree

Just used  some of these last night, not on a pizza but as an ingredient in a sauce that I made. They are a Heinz foodservice product which I picked up in a restaurant supply outlet. Very similar to 6 in 1's and Classico's which are also Heinz products. Ingredient list reads: vine-ripened whole unpeeled ground tomatoes, tomato puree, salt and citric acid. FYI, I'd but them again!

Thats good to know.As long as theres no sodium chloride in the cans,it should be good enough to use.
