I recently purchased a Char Griller Akorn (kamado-style) cooker, and the other night I did pizza. Still getting the hang of it; had a little trouble keeping the temp where I wanted, but it was good. Best ones were when the temp was between 500-600 degrees. At that temp I got a nice little char on the bottom, and the top and bottom got done at the same time. Took 3-5 minutes. Was unable to take any pics, because we were overrun by the neighborhood kids. But we will definitely be doing it again, and I will post some then.
