I have a 20+ year old Kitchenaid. It's OK for dough, but I would not buy a new one. Too many stories about them literally falling apart.
Thanks for your insight Norma. I have been reading that the Bosch Compact is very good and some like it better than Kitchenaid. Do you have any experience with a Bosch?
Chaze:A number of us (including me) use the Bosch Compact for smaller batches of dough (I generally only make enough for 2 16" pizzas). I think it is a great machine.Barry
