Starter Dough Recipes

Hey guys - I got some active starter dough going and I'm wondering how you prepare your starter and what recipes you use?  I'm cooking out of an electric home oven with a 1/2 inch baking steel, and have been striving for a more tasty neo-neopolitan / new haven style pie.  Also hoping to get some good grandma / sicilian style pies with the starter.

I've been using a little more culture than I say there - about 1.7% recently.
