Old school place that has been here since the 50's. I guess it is a Woburn institution. The pie was outstanding. Super crispy, super tender crumb, great cheese and tomatoes. They said the oven was set at 650. There is no doubt in my mind that this is not high gluten, high protein flour. Same day dough but still some good character to the crust. Awesome pizza. My wife and I, inexplicably out together without the kids, ate the entire pie. Loved it.
