Spider Man would be jealous

This happens from large air pockets in the edge of the dough.

I think it will be pretty clear what people think if we discuss. I'm not particularly interested in what they think about this (i.e. good or bad). I'm more interested in why they think what they think.

I think it's almost user error how it happens when pressing out the dough but the texture is awesome when it happens.
