So here is my latest attempt. Still used APF on this.. used 1.5 teaspoon yeast did a 48 hour cold rise. Wish I could remember more details but I made this two weeks ago and got busy and did not post... sorry.. I do remember it being a moist dough though.
Made a bit of a thicker dough ring this time... I think that is part of the trouble... I have been making the dough ring to small and expecting great things.. this was much better. So here it is.
