Best pie I've made in awhile

It don't look like much but the crust and flavor combo was outstanding.  Best ive made in months.  Wanted to pull out tomorrows doughball and fire up another.  Haven't felt like that in awhile.

48hr cold rise after 12hr room temp preferment.

Pep, black and green olives, mushrooms

This one was baked on the bottom rack.  Got some killer blistering.
