Pizza margherita in my Zio Ciro oven.Followed a different video recommended on this forum on how to stretch the pizza and it already came out a lot better!
Couldn't wait until Saturday, had to have pizza today, so used one of the emergency dough recipes.Canadian Bacon and Sausage.

Yes it is. Relatively easy to make.
Cooked 2 pies on my BGE with Pizza-Porta accessory. Ran a fan from DigiQ controller with pit probe attached to controller but left outside of BGE. Dome temps >750 F.Dough is 65% hydration, 48 hr ferment at 66 F. Salt and ADY. Flour Caputo 00 pizzeria, blue bag .result were good to my taste.Mark
