My first contribution! Family recipe blend sourdough. Switching to a new shaping method recently that yields rustic expansion without scoring.
Wow!

What an excellent film. Thank you for posting this.I never knew it existed. This brings back so many nice early childhood memories.
As a young lad on our family farm, we use to have a Sunblest delivery. I remember the excellent bread and cobs but especially the cakes like Almond iced tarts.Fresh Cream horns and Vanilla slices.

Never knew what happened to the company. What a shame.

I looked for a non-Facebook version of this but was unable to find one. I’d like to watch it. Has anyone else found a YT or Vimeo link?

Nice one! Did you hand knead or use Sunmix?

I used the Sunmix with the double hydration method, then some slap and fold, lamination a few coil folds, then shaped and a few hours in the fridge.

Sourdough baguettes with freshly milled Kamut from The Perfect Loaf (https://www.theperfectloaf.com/kamut-demi-baguettes-komo-mill-giveaway/).

Super delicious. I liked this shaping method too.

I forgot to score three of them :-O
