I'm not too sure on how long this place has been in business but I've been coming here with my family for the past 2yrs. One of my Army buddies introduced me to this place when we were visiting one time, now it is our "go-to" spot anytime we are passing through town.

10 - July - 2013

Had the following during this visit:
-Spinach Salad for starters
-Pepperoni Pizza
-Potato and Goat Cheese Pizza

They bring out black pepper and fennel seed breadsticks before the pizza comes out but we also go the salad as a starter. The salad was simple but very tasty. It had baby spinach, parmesan shavings, crispy salami, a lemon wedge, and piece of sourdough bread. The pizza came out soon after with the pepperoni being first, followed by the potato and goat cheese.

The Crust on their pies are not like what I've had from my own experience and from a couple other neapolitan places, in that their crust is crispier, which is a trait that I enjoy(I'm used to pillowy/soft crust). Inside the cornice its airy and soft but the outside and bottom of the pie have a nice crispiness to them. I'm almost certain that they use sourdough in the dough(think i read that somewhere), and the crust has a great flavor. The potato/goat cheese is by far our favorite, they also add in rosemary and fresh mozzarella to this pie. The pepperoni is very good too, the only place where my son actually eats the pepperoni.

They have 9 standard pies that are in the $10 or less range, and specials that are a few bucks more.

I like House. Don't get down there much, though. When I do get there, they're a little inconsistent from visit to visit. Sometimes they skimp, sometimes they don't.

My favorite pie there is the Blue. Blue cheese, Mozzarella, and a Port reduction sauce. Killer pie.
